Welcome to my Computing Skills & Research blog which was created as a part of my learning at the university. My name is Agnieszka Ogrodnik and I was born in Poland but most of my life I’ve lived in England. On my travels, many people did not know where Poland is so there you have it.

My biggest hobby is traveling, and visiting different places especially those where I can do hiking and perform simple climbing. I have done so in the Polish mountains since I was in school. Later on, I discovered the beauty of the Himalayas and the Alps where I spend a few weeks hiking for hours every single day few weeks straight. Nevertheless, the most interesting and rewarding part of traveling is getting to know other cultures and people. 

While traveling I met a lot of people from different countries who were working remotely and I always envied them and since then I've been striving to achieve that. This is one of the reasons why I chose to study Computing because I want to find a job that will allow me to work remotely from any corner of the world.
